Here's how a recent email conversation between Lane and me regarding getting tickets for the Jan. 30th Arcade Fire show went:
Missy: This time, when my ticket arrives in the mail, I'm going to tape it to the middle of my television screen. It's the only way I'll be able to keep track of it.
Lane: I can't wait for January 29th's blog post about how you lost your TV set.

January 29th's Post better read something like this:
"MICHELE IS GREAT. IT IS HER BIRTHDAY. I LIKE HER A LOT."
And then if you wish, you can mention something about the TV set.

Or just make everyone put their ticket on their forehead before you leave. 43 folders never disappoints.

Why don't you do will-call? I've done it for the last few shows at the Black Cat and 9:30 and it's worked out great. As long as I don't lose my ID, which has happened, come to think of it...

Sure, I do will call, but I avoid it if I can, esp. for places like 9:30 where it means I have to stand in a long line just to get my ticket. I'd rather be inside at the bar that much sooner.
