In other good/self-promotion news, remember that walk-on role I had in a dance performance a couple of weeks back? Johannes expressed that he would love to work with me again, that I have an interesting stage presence.
And in my burgeoning fourth career, my friend Josh (he of new glasses Josh) gave me carte blanche to decorate his new apartment. Not that he’ll implement all of my ideas (or, rather, pay for them). But at least I’m finally putting that subscription to Domino and daily reading of Apartment Therapy to practical use. Oh! I’m out of the loop without cable and Project Runway so I have only recently discovered the awesomeness of Mood Fabrics. Now I kind of want to upholster everything I own.
(My first career? It’s great, but…well, just look at my poor desk for an idea of the jumble inside my brain. On the left is James Hamilton’s text. Under my desk, next to the backpack? That’s a professional-quality dart board. Don’t ask.)
